We hired their wheelchair accessible Taxi to transport a family member. We made the first reservation the day before; the taxi arrived at the set time. The next time we required their services we made the reservation two hours prior to the desired pickup time. Despite the ice and snow both days, both drivers respectfully and patiently picked up and transferred their wheelchair-bound client safely to and from the requested destinations.
