Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. My wife and I stopped in here on a whim about 5 years ago for an affordable oil change. We have never got anywhere else since and I ONLY trust Mike with my vehicle. This Meineke location has been reliable and dependable. Mike, the guy that runs the place is always willing to work with you to solve problems (mechanical or schedual) and doesn't try to upsell you. He has gotten us out of a dozen scrapes and only does the work that you tell him. 10/10 would recommend/trust this place.
