For the more serious practitioner, Souhl Centre offers you a spiritual path of study: the path of the warrior, the natural physician/healer and the monk/priestess. Private studies in Kung fu, Chi Kung and Yoga are offered as well as classes and seminars on healing, health and increasing levels of wellness. The focus is on learning the tools with which one can know/heal one's self and Work on one's level of Being.
