The Epona Horseback Riding Stable provides horseback riding lessons and safe trail horseback riding lessons with our horses for beginners and experienced riders. The Epona programs also include Equine Natural Assisted Healing (EANH.ca) for horses and autism, anxiety, connecting, etc and the True Natural Horsemanship program, an internationally recognized humane method to communicate with horses (EponaAcademy.com). Known as the place to learn, Mt Seymour is just a short drive from Mt Seymour Parkway (off Hwy 1) to the base village allowing quick access to our winter playground with over 30 downhill ski and snowboard runs of varying lengths and abilities, family fun tobogganing and snow tubing, and over 10km of marked and maintained snowshoe trails. Mount Seymour is also home to renowned terrain parks boasting over forty snow, rail and box features from small to x-large.
