Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). A week before our vow renewal, our planned photographer had to cancel. We called A1 Photographic Images and talked to Natalie. She was able to fit us into her schedule. I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

Dr Loland fixed a filling for me today. Another dentist fixed my tooth poorly - dr Loland fit me into his busy schedule and fixed the tooth perfectly. He was efficient and skilled. I will be switching my whole family over to dr Loland’s office. He also did my Invisalign treatment last year and did a excellent job with that as well.
