HomeThirty-five years ago a small group of people from Bethel Mennonite Church had a vision of opening up a daycare to reach out to the surrounding community. This vision became Carter Day Care Centre and first operated out of the Bethel Church Parsonage. In 1992 the centre moved to the current location in the lower level of the church.Carter is open from Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 6:00pm all year round.
