Tony from Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers had to return after he found out there were a few blemishes on my newly painted ceiling (after I removed a wall for the new kitchen/ great room and had a drywaller do the patching and texture matching - as I didn't know about this company at the time)... he then re-textured the entire ceiling and it is truly great! I was treated with the utmost respect both times and they are extremely good at making sure there is the least amount of disruption and no mess!

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. We were upgrading our kitchen and were desperate to get our back splash done. Nick and Evvy helped us out immediately when calling them so we could use our kitchen soon again.
We were also impressed because Nick sees the tile setting as a creation and the work looks accordingly, very well done.

Two years ago we had used Baths By Design to renovate our ensuite. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about their products. She was able to give reasons why we should choose certain products based on amount of use and ease to maintain. We have just recently completed a main washroom and powder room renovation and would not have gone any where else to order out fixtures and receive usable knowledge about the products..

I had the opportunity to use Alan on two projects. The first was a redesign of the interior of our home and the second was a garage addition. In both cases he was very attentive and listened very well to what we were looking for and came up with some excellent options for both projects. Meeting with him and finalizing the design, he produced the necessary drawings to take and apply for development permits and for the contractor to follow and complete the projects. I would highly recommend him.
