The Bruno Arts Bank is a small rural arts centre owned and operated by Kristen Berkel and Jonas Hrebeniuk. Situated in a two story 1,200 square foot heritage building built in 1917 - formerly the Dominion Bank, Royal Bank & Conexus Insurance, now renamed 'The Arts Building' - at 531 Main Street in Bruno, Saskatchewan, the Arts Bank officially opened October 16th 2010 as the home of a music venue, coffee shop, music and book store, art gallery, mini-museum, and artist residency. Located one hour east of Saskatoon, Bruno is a predominately agricultural community set in a rural Saskatchewan landscape that includes a former Ursuline Convent, an abandoned brick and clay works factory, pioneer homesteads, and protected wild life reserves.
