Kings Fitness is the first of its kind; it brings all athletes and everyday gym users together under the same roof, all striving for one thing: self-improvement. Kings Fitness was born out of the desire to provide a place for people to train who are tired of having to train in a poor atmosphere of typical commercial gyms; and those who don’t like the rigid formats of cross fit. We want to provide a positive and supportive friendly atmosphere for you to call home. My sole purpose is making sure my students achieve their goals whatever they may be. I will provide a world class training program and environment for people of all age, race and religion. I will teach our program to ensure our students live by Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit and Respect for everyone. Our greatest responsibility is to in still in our students a sense of discipline and a code of ethics to inspire them to lead exemplary lives as leaders in the community. Although we honour Martial Arts traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite our students. We will strive and inspire our students to do their very best and set them apart from all other students in Taekwondo with a very disciplined and structured program.
