Welcome to Trout Lake Resort At Trout Lake Resort you'll find a small resort on a pristine trout lake.You will be tucked away in the wilderness setting of the Gunflint Trail,yet only 16 miles from Grand Marais and all that the shoreline ofLake Superior has to offer. Lakeshore and Hilltop CabinsOur lake shore cabins are steps away from the water, yet tucked in the trees to give you privacy. You can cast a line from the shoreline in front of your cabin, and you can bring your boat on shore. Our hill top cabins are close to the lake with views of the forest and the lake. They are nicely spaced and have a wonderful 'woodsy' feel. Bring the FamilyKids love it at Trout Lake Resort. There's a swimming area by the dock, a play area, and a fire pit for sharing the day's stories. There's also a sandy bottom beach on the east side of the lake.
