I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! I went to United flooring to see what they could offer ( Quality/Price )
I went there twice. I live about 45 KM from Courtenay.
While I was looked after somewhat as a customer I did not feel at home being there.
So I went to End of the roll and guess what I felt right at home there.
I bought what I needed and after some explanation by the employee I decided to add the kitchen to be done with the same material.
