I am a newer patient at the clinic(less 6 months) and I was referred by a friend. I see Dr Gadanski whom has helped me a great deal with my chronic pain problems. Anyway, I wanted to lose weight. I realized food in = food out. So, I changed my eating habits. Yet, it never really stuck. I'd lose weight, but it would bottom out. I would gain it back.
