Welke Customs Brokers Ltd. was founded by Rolf Welke and his son Bernard. Rolf Welke had spent 35 years in the transportation and customs industry prior to starting Welke. He is a past Chairman of the Canadian Importers Association and served as a consultant to the Canadian Customs Review Task Force during the Tokyo round of GATT negotiations. Rolf is now enjoying his retirement while his sons, Bernard and Peter, continue to develop a unique concept within our industry., Welke Customs began as a Customs Broker catering to the time-sensitive newspaper and magazine industry.
