has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. I have been going to Hermitage Veterinary Hospital since 1994, I have seen several of their Vets they were always very friendly and very good with my dogs, in the last 4 years I have been dealing more with Dr. Purcell, in my opinion he is one of the best Vets I've ever had, very friendly and thorough and always goes above and beyond for my dogs, as he always says he considers them his boys as well. I highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you for caring so much.
