Had System-ex out there a couple days ago to deal with a leaky faucet. They were very quick to get to my place. They were very helpful and fixed my problem very quickly. Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I brought my daughter in to see Dorothy and I was very apprehensive to her talking to a someone she did not know. however I was so pleased with Dorothy's kind and gentle manner in how she spoke and responded to my child. My daughter in a very short time was excited to go see Dorothy and her fears and anxieties were greatly improved in a short time. If you need a counsellor for any reason I highly recommend Dorothy to anyone she is just such a kind soul. I loved talking to her too:)

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
