I am so impressed with the staff service which is above n beyond normal. Just bought the granddaughter some jazz pants n they were too long at 4:55 pm I said I’d need to hem them so she picked up her phone to her seamstresses upstairs n had them hem in 10 minutes (free of charge) even though the were to be going home by 5 pm. My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly
