We offer small group functional strength training in a leveled training system. This training system will increase your fitness by using various training modalities . Initially we focus on acquiring basic movement proficient through various body weight exercises. This progress to general strength training with the addition of the kettlebell and TRX. We also specialize in bridging the gap between physio and general training with our private movement therapy sessions.
