In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Over the weekend I took my car in to get its regular service, it was my first time at this location and I must say i WILL return. The staff was so helpful and eager to meet all my needs. Cody shared excellent knowledge about my 2011 RVR and the salesmen were all friendly towards my Husband and I.
