I went to the clinic last week with my family. Myself and my children were all sick. We were in the office within half hour and on our way home within an hour of arriving at the clinic. Dr. Almdhem was very busy but still professional and doing his best to get people in and out as quickly as possible. The receptionist/nurse was lovely as well.

My wife was shopping on the 50% saving day at the Niagara Falls store, my wife found a bargain but it was not priced she asked a sales associate (Terryl) if she would get the item priced. Terryl promptly returned with item priced, Terryl was so pleasant and helpful which makes shopping at Value Village such pleasure.

The staff is AMAZING!! If you consider the workload they have and how they are still able to keep a positive attitude. I have been to this clinic MANY times as it is the ONLY place I go for my medical care. The doctors are quick but if you have questions they will take their time to answer them. I had the pleasure of visiting this gem of an optical store! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I felt welcomed and at ease and the selection of eyewear is fantastic, with name brands such as Kate Spade, Coach, RayBan. Connie and Jessica were wonderful and I will be returning for my future eyewear needs. Theodore and Pringle optical is the place to go!
