She utilizes life span integration, cognitive behavioural therapy and solution focused therapy. Caroline also uses play therapy and expressive therapy when suitable with clients. Life Span Integreation is a gentle body-based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing. Life Span Integration is body-based and combines active imagination, the juxtaposition of ego states in time, and a visual time line of memories to facilitate neural integration and rapid healing. Caroline provides counselling to people of all ages who are dealing with mental health issues (depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD); family issues (parenting, conflict, separation); abuse (emotional, physical, sexual); life transitions (relationships, work, balance, retirement, death); grief and loss; and trauma.
