You’ll have two private bedrooms, your own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 fireplaces, internet, and an outdoor hot tub. Separate entrance and free parking. No parties allowed. Ideal for workers. The Space: Bright basement apartment with a living room, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds), and a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Crave, and Amazon Prime. Central A/C and heat. Living room has a chair that converts into a single bed. Guest Access: 4-person outdoor hot tub (no use after 11 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends), and a trampoline. No alcohol or glass in the hot tub. Separate entrance. You may hear us (a family with two older kids) during the day, but no noise at night. Note: No parties. We live in the same home.
