Sun Hang Do is for everyone, we have great programs for children, teens and adults.
We start our children classes at age 4 years and up. Our goal is for the kids to start the class with a smile and finish with a bigger smile! With fun and challenging drills, each child will gain focus, self control, a positive attitude, and improve their listening skills.

The Mission Arts Centre is home to the Mission Arts Council, as well as The Rock Family Gallery, the Doris J. Paterson Tea Room, and an assortment of gift cases, displaying gift cards, books, and many other locally handcrafted items for purchase.
Gallery 7 Theatre and Performing Arts Society is a full-time theatre company producing entertaining and thought-provoking plays that stir the heart, stimulate the mind and elevate the soul. A faith-based theatre, our productions are the result of a collaborative fusion between the expertise of professional artists and the raw passion and talent of the recreational artist. The Gallery 7 season runs from September to July of each year and features a full schedule of main stage productions, guest performances, a workshop series, and a summer drama camp program for children and teens called Summer Drama Blast.
