Libra House provides temporary crisis shelter and related services for woman and children who are experiencing relationship violence, including physical, sexual, financial, mental, psychological, socioeconomic or emotional abuse. Happy Valley-Goose Bay is like the 'hub' of Labrador, so our location allows us to provide services to women who may be relocating in and out of this area of the region.Empowering Women to Be StrongAt Libra House, our friendly and experienced staff members provide temporary crisis shelter in a cooperative and communal living arrangement. Our team works to empower women like you to make their own decisions and be independent for themselves and their children.
