Our focus is on prevention as well as intervention.We provide for this in the North Island Community through Advocacy- Crisis Intervention and Referral Services- Ongoing Counseling and Support Services Our approach is to work in a pro-active manner as a co-operative member of the local service providers.

The five named plaintiffs, from Connecticut, New York and Ohio, have all waited longer than the statutory 90day limit for a decision on their Medicare appeals. The current average wait time is over five times the congressionally mandated time limit.
