We don’t fitness train clients offsite - all clients must come to our private, licensed and insured studio. We both have 4 decades of experience in weight/resistance and functional training. We are both certified A.I.S. Practitioners, which is a form of bodywork that releases tight muscles and fascial tissue. Michelle is also an Exercise Strength Specialist for hip and knee joint replacement clients and is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist for cancer patients and cancer survivors.
