Jennifer Bell attended Dubrulle Art Institute in Vancouver and graduated in 2006 with a strong interest in pastry. Having come full circle, she is now home, near the waterfront in Steveston village, and the proud owner of Bell's Bake Shop, which opened in December 2010.
