I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon!
