I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Exceptionally friendly, informative and accommodating! My son has autism as well as severe anxiety with all things dental and Dr. Cook and Cheryl took the time to calm and relax him!
