I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They are very professional, on time, efficient and thourough. I have to say out of all the companies I asked for estimates from they not only got it to me quick, but were within my budget. They helped by showing me what I can do to cut costs, and made suggestions based on what my plans were that just made more sense. I highly recommend them! They may seem young to you but the experience and skill speak for themself.
