Weatherall Dock and Dredge Inc. has been in business since 1985. Before Morgan began his own business he worked under his dad, S.H. Weatherall & Sons, for many years growing up. He has been in the construction field all his life.
The company's large equipment includes two backhoes, two excavators, six cranes and two barges, trailers and welders. Morgan has worked in the area doing many marinas for both personal and municipalities and comes very highly recommended by all. Morgan did a large marina at Bobcaygeon for a trailer park installing a 1600 ft sheet pile wall and dredging the area, he worked on the Meaford Marina, installing a large sheet pile wall and dredged the harbours for Meaford, Georgian Yacht Club, Wiarton Marina, Owen Sound Marina and Township of Blue Mts and Murdock McKenzie Marina at Oliphant. Morgan has worked along all the shore lines in the area for cottages installing sheet pile walls, dredging, and installing docking systems.

Dean started at an early age with his familys farm drainage business, Dean started as a labourer, working his way up to operating equipment and maintenance. In the late 1980's Dean furthered his knowledge in the residential field by site servicing, installing septic systems and doing final grading. Dean and his father, Willard J Tait, decided to go into business for themselves in the field of excavation and trucking, leaving the family farm drainage business. Willard Tait Enterprises provided a vast range of services in the areas of excavation and trucking by meeting the needs in agricultural, residential and commercial sectors. Over the next few years their business thrived and W.D. Tait Enterprises Ltd was formed in January 1993. We have Health and Safety Policy and Procedure and are covered by WSIB.
