I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service!

Excellent quiet Cafe. Great service and coffee as well. The menu is classic breakfast Cafe (bacon, eggs, toast) and every dish is less than 10 dollars, even the lunch specials. This is my favourite quick breakfast and lunch spot in esquimalt.
