Our Kung Fu teaching style is unique. We work with each student to develop them to the best of their ability.As martial artists, we drive our students to always strive to improve and develop their skills. We offer both a kids and an adult program. Children 4 and up are encouraged to come in and try a fun-fillled class of Kung Fu training.Recreational KickboxingParticipation in our recreational kickboxing program gives you a total body workout. Kickboxing in our sparring ring, on-going development of techniques, developing your endurance through bag work, complimented with the use of our weights ensures an all-round work out.
