This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

We've had Carpet Dr. clean the carpets in our home for many years, and we've always been really pleased with the final results. They've kept our high traffic areas looking really new!
