We eat at Jonesys at least once a week. The food is always hot and fresh and tasty. The prime rib with Yorkshire pudding on weekends is tender and delicious and the Yorkshire pudding is so good, I feel like I'm in England. Also they make excellent ribs and steak too. Dinners include homemade soup or a salad and the portions are big. We always leave with full bellies.

By the late 1990’s the second generation of our family felt the black powder running though our veins. We continued to assist in the ignition of professional shows, but change was looming: Under new regulations, "Family Fireworks" products were set for a major overhaul, with and retail prices drastically decreasing. Put bluntly, we believed that the "Family Fireworks" business was at a flash-point...something was set to explode!
