Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Dawson has a great attitude and he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers.
Before Dawson arrived, I was ready to go elsewhere. Several of the staff members that I interacted with acted like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They seemed indifferent and unhappy.
Then Dawson arrived, and I could not believe the complete turnaround with the morale. All of a sudden, it seemed like staff members were happy and eager to please. I highly recommend Dawson and his staff.
