The management company of our apartment building treated 700 - 1,000 residents to the most delicious BBQ lunch provided by BBQ Gourmet. We had smoked Texas brisket, Nashville Spiced chicken and Scandinavian Style hot smoked salmon together with other treats. The directions were easy to follow and the food was ample for two meals. Allan is amazing as a salesperson because, he’s very friendly, polite, and always takes his time to explain the origin of the cheese that he offers to you. He never rushes you to make a speedy decision; he is very patient. Allan is someone that every establishment would benefit to have as an employee. My favourite cheese(s) are the ones from France. They are so special because they are so flavourful. I have nothing; but, positive reviews from the Global Cheese store in Kensington Market.
