Hi, I'm Lori Payne. My husband Ken and I own and operate A Pawsitive Experience Pet Spaw. We opened our boarding kennel in April 2005, after Ken and I had both retired from the Ontario Provincial Police.We have always been animal lovers (me especially). I have always been an advocate of animal rescue, and have opened my home to numerous abandoned, abused and neglected animals over the years. I am certified in Animal First Aid by Fanshawe College.I have many years experience in dealing with animal behaviours such as fear, separation anxiety, aggression and eating disorders, to name a few. It takes a lot of love and patience to deal with scared and abused animals - but I have found that given enough of both they will reward you with unconditional love and joy.At the present time we are the proud parents of 2 dogs, and 3 cats - all rescues. Our love of animals is what prompted us to think about working with them after our retirement.
Here at Spirited Farm in Merlin, Ontario, we don't just believe that your pet is family - we treat them like they are our own family! With many years of experience taking care of all kinds of animals, we are ready to take care of your furry babies whenever you might need us.
