We could NOT be more satisfied with Dave's work. He and his helper replaced a massive old deck that during it's demolition, exposed problems which were clear to us that Dave helped us understand. He put everything to rights and replaced that rotting structure with a sturdy and beautiful masterpiece. He worked fast AND was tidy. We also appreciated his intelligence and his ability to explain needed changes and improvements. He CARED! We recommend Peterlyn Properties for any construction job.
