Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

I gladly recommend Stonebridge for any type of masonry work. They provided a solution to my chimney that was separating from the house due to poor workmanship by builders. Final bill was exactly as quoted. Work team were very efficient, friendly and safety conscientious. I called, they came ,they fixed ! !! I was very happy with the level of speed that they came after initial call . Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink ! I have been suffering with terrible acne for the past 18 months and Dr. Lozinksi and her team of fabulous nurses have helped me gain my confidence back. My skin is much clearer.
