This clinic was so friendly and is doing their absolute best given the COVID situation. We did have to wait a while for our test but they are dealing with patients coming from all over york region while still handling their regular clinic work. The doctor was so sweet and kind. 1st consult today, Dr. Gray, was very clear explaining to me the status of my condition. What I really liked about Dr. Gray during my visit he swiveled his monitor to show and tell in simple language, very compassionate and would follow up. In the waiting area, his other patients highly spoke of him - I felt already at easy prior to our meet (Hey! I am in good hands)-his staff/office team are very helpful and supportive to comply with the transition. I thank U for being here for me.
