Was looking for a used car...after too much lip service at other shops I came to Mazda. What a change! Jerry was amazing! I was actually listened to, then assisted properly with him going above and beyond!
All the staff have always been very pleasant any time I've been at the facility, and even when I had a little issue with my vehicle (used vehicle quirk) the staff took care of me, making sure my purchase was right!

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked!
They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!
