I love going to Pilates and Zumba. It is so much fun and a great workout. The studio is very clean and the people there make you feel very welcome. They have food and drinks there so if your in a rush you get a snack or a protein shake. I haven't used the sauna or the vibration machines as of yet but i will. I highly recommended this studio you will feel very comfortable.

All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent.
