No family or individual should start and end their day worrying about how to provide for life's essentials and finding the tools to create a thriving future. The WINS CRHs provide women, their families, and individuals with access to essential programs, services, and resources that support their well-being.
WINS operates multiple Community Resource Hubs (CRH) throughout Calgary. One of our Community Resource Hubs can be found in a housing complex, while our other two Hubs are conveniently located in the Program's Centers right next to the Dover and Beltline WINS Family Thrift Stores.
How to provide for their family is often the last thought on many of our client's minds before they fall asleep at night, and sadly it's the first thought they awake to in the morning.
WINS operates Three Family Resource Centres (FRC's) located in housing complexes throughout the city and centre's within its Dover and MacLeod Plaza stores. Serving as community hubs, the FRC's provide families with barrier free access to essential programs, services and resources that improve and support wellbeing.

The Falconridge/Castleridge Community Association provides a wonderful preschool program for 3 & 4 years old children that includes movement and dance, gym, stories and songs, creative arts, computer time,reading, safety programs as well as centers to entice the social, physical and creative appetites for all children. We also take field trips.
We prepare children for entry into kindergarten by providing them with a balance between structured and creative expression.
Snack Time The children need to bring a drink and nutritious snack each day. We encourage healthy eating habits and manners during this time, but it is mainly a social time for children.
All children must at least 3 years old and be toilet trained to attend these classes.
