My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. When I signed up for this service, it was only for a year. I made that very clear with the sales rep I spoke with. They automatically renewed my "contract". I never signed a contract with them, so not sure how they did that. However, I have called YP 2 times to cancel this service. Each time they have told me it's been cancelled, yet the site remains up and I'm still getting billed because their claims department takes 10 weeks to do anything. It's been over an hour and I'm still waiting for Customer Service to pick up my call in attempts to cancel this service yet again. They are great for answering your call when you want to sign up, but fail miserably at the Customer Service end when trying to end your relationship with them.
