I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.
