The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).

I started with Dr Plotsky downtown and followed him when he came to north Edmonton. The entire family started going to Drs. Plotsky and Evans. The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
