Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. I was in the Post Office yesterday and today and the same young gentleman served me. I have to say he is one of the most helpful clerks I have come across. He is pleasant, helpful and kind.
