Dr Newman and his team are amazing. When I 1st started going to them I was terrified to go to the dentist and my teeth were quite bad. I had to have adavan just to get me in the chair. Dr Newman took his Tim and made sure I was comfortable through my appointments. With many appointments under my belt I am no long terrified to be at the dentist. They are very fast to issue you a card with credit on it, if you bring in pre-counted items that are in their original boxes (ie empty beer cans or boxes of empty bottles). otherwise stand in line and wait if there are other folks there.
