My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.
