The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

I LOVE TECHTECH ...
Last week I had an urgent meeting in an hour and my mac book stopped working. So I took my mac book to TechTech's store and they fixed it in less than half an hour. I personally recommend my friends to chose TechTech for all their tech support.
